Q: Where is you factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Baoan, Shenzhen,Guangdong Province.All our clients, from home and abroad, are warmly welcomed! It’s only half an hour’s journey from Baoan airport.
Q:May I have samples to test the quality before I order?
A:Sure. You can get any samples of our factory to test the quality.
Q: What kind of quality control do you have ?
A:1)Our QC will go over every details in handling the producing and packing processes.
2)All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out.
Q:Can we print the our logo or customize the packing ?
A:Of course. We absolutely do that for you if you send us your logo design or artwork.
Q:Could we customize our product based on our design?
A:No problem.We could custom mold for you.We assure that we won’t sell it to anyone else.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A:1)There is not MOQ if we have stock.
2) There is not MOQ of red and black thermometer
3) The MOQ is 500 pcs. Please confirm with the customer service.
Q: When will you make the delivery?
A: We can make the delivery within 5-38 days according to our stock and the size of your order. And the sample will be sent in 3 days after the payment received.

A: Step 1: Kindly send us your interested model, quantity, color and your logo if you have.
Step 2: We will send you Proforma invoice by email based on your order.
Step 3: Kindly check the PI, if everything is okay, we will deliver the goods asap after payment received, and the freight depends on the weight.
