Stainless steel storage tanks can be used to store water, oil, store cosmetics, food, creams, dairy products, fine chemicals, biological liquids, fruit juice drinks, condiments, beer, shampoo, bath and other industries for material storage and transfer. It can be used as liquid storage tank, mixing tank, transfer tank, buffer tank, temporary storage tank, water storage tank, liquid distribution tank, etc.
Structure
1. The tank body, manhole (open lid), feed port, discharge port, ball valve and pusher are all made of stainless steel SUS304 or 316L.
2. The tank body is made of single-layer stainless steel plate welding, and the tank body and pipeline are mirror-finished inside and outside, which fully meets GMP requirements.
3. Convenient discharging, which can be discharged directly or connected with a delivery pump.
4. Four round legs support, stable balance.
5. Strong corrosion resistance, not corroded by outside air and residual chlorine in water.
6. Good sealing, completely prevents harmful substances in the airborne dust and mosquitoes from intruding into the tank to ensure that the water quality is not polluted by the outside.
7. Volume can be customized according to customer needs: 100L, 200L, 300L, 400L, 500L, 600L, 700L, 800L, 900L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 2500L, 3000L, 3500L, 4000L, 5000L, 6000L, 8000L, 10 tons, etc.

Product Details
1. Made of high-quality 304 / 316L stainless steel. Mainly equipped with air breathing device hole, top feed port and bottom discharge port (quick-install butterfly valve), quick opening manhole. The tank can be designed with a jacket layer for heating or cooling according to use requirements.
2. Ensure processing quality. The inner surface is electrolytically polished, and the conical sealing head is processed by spinning, which meets the GMP standard. The electroplating edge is treated by surface treatment such as rotating, polishing, sandblasting, frosting or cold rolling frosting.
