BGO Crystal

Bismuth Germanate (Bi4Ge3O12) commonly abbreviated as BGO, is a crystal scintillator material that can emit green fluorescent light with a peak wavelength of 480 nm, colorless, transparent and insoluble in water.
Growth method: Bridgman
Formula: Bi4Ge3O12

LYSO Scintillation Crystal

LYSO ce is a new type of scintillator crystal, it has the excellent scintillation properties, like high light output, short decay time, high density and anti-radiation hardness, and with stable chemical and physical properties .

Formula: Lu1.9Y0.1SiO5(Ce:0.5 mol%)
Dimensions(maximum): diameter 80-90 mm x 200 mm length

YSO Scintillation Crystal

 

Cerium doped Silicate Yttrium, YSO ce scintillator belongs to monoclinic rare earth orthosilicate crystal, it is similar with the LYSO ce, while generally used as a semiconductor and in photo optic applications.
