(1)Generally,please chose reasonable hardness cutting wheel to reduce its attrition wear.These factors can affect the cutting wheel hardness:The amount of resin bond to join,Forming density of abrasive,Sintering temperature and sintering temperature etc.

(2)The structure number should be larger in order to improve the cutting efficiency,but it should not be too large,otherwise it will affect the strength..

The cutting wheel's test report

1.Do visually inspect all wheel before mounting for possible damage.

2.Do make sure operating speed of machine, does not exceed speed marked on wheel,its blotter or container.

3.Do check mounting flanges for equal size,relieved as required and correct diameter. 

4.Do be make sure work rest is properly adjusted on bench,pedestal and floor stand grinder.

5.Do always use safety guard that covers a mimimum of one-half the abrasive wheel.

6.Do allow newly mounted wheel to turn at operating speed,with guard in place,for at least one minute before grinding.

7.Do ture off coolant before stopping wheel to avoid creating an out-of-balance condition.
