Q: What freezing agent should be used?

A: Glycol Propylene is recommended.

Q: How long the machine takes to make popsicles?

A: At the very beginning, the freezing agent takes about 2hours to freeze to -18C, then you could place the popsicle molds into the tank. Each freezing cycle takes about half an hour.

Q: Do you have a choice of mold options? Can we order more molds?

A: Yes. Please contact us for more information.

Q: How to keep the pops from melting?

A: Keep them in a freezer.

Q: What type of service do you provide on the machines? Do you have a local contractor who service them?

A: Any service technician for refrigeration equipment could fix the machine.

Q: How could i place an order?

A: When you are ready to place an order, please confirm us the model, order quantity, provide us the detailed consignee information, including the company name (or personal name if you plan to import the machine under your personal name), contact address, contact phone number, and contact person.

We will make and send you a Proforma Invoice after received your confirmed order.

We will start the production immediately after received your advance payment.

When your machine is ready, we will inform you to arrange shipping for the shipment base on delivery terms EXW. For the shipment base on delivery terms CNF or CIF, we will arrange to ship out the machine immediately when your machine is ready.

Q: Where could i learn about the information involved for import, like the documents for customs clearance fee, import tax, import procedure?

A: You could consult with your customs or import agent for all your queries involved for the importation.

Q: Customized advertising sticker, logo accepted?

A: Yes. You could choose to attach your customized advertsing sticker or logo on your machines.
