Pipeline All-Position Automatic Welding Machine (Orbital Automatic Pipeline Welding Machine) (FCAW/GMAW)

on-line performance：Non on-line equipment
Applicable Range: It is better used to welding big(middle) diameter and thick wall thickness fabricated welds which have long distance pipeline diameter for hot welding、filling and cap welding of circular welding
Automatically level: Better (Input all of the welding information (parameter) before welding, and it also can control the machine real time when it is working)
Beveling required: After use STT semiautomatic welding to root welding, you can use this machine to weld.
Welding Production capacity: Better (250-350 inch per day)
Operability: Excellent / Better (it will be spend some time to learn welding)
Surface shaping: Better (welding gun always go along with the orbital track to welding of all position)
Welding qualification ratio: over 96% (basically no re-welding work occurs if the welding skills are mastered)
Driving reliability: Excellent (Carriage forced going along with the orbital track)
