1. Q:What is your MOQ? If  I  want to buy many kinds products in one container,could you please give me your price?

    A:  According to product. Normal for 40'RH is 23MT for 20’RF is 12MT. But different product different  MOQ.And we can do the mixed container for many kinds products. Pls tell me product name and weight for each one.

2.  Q: How to provide quality assurance,if I give you an order?

     A: We Clean sorted from very fresh raw materials without residue, damaged or rotten ones.All products processed in experienced factories.Supervised by our QC team. Already by BRC,HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER,ISO certificated.Also can provide Pony,Sino analysita.

3.Q:How long is Delivery shipment?

   A: Normal is 15-20 days after order confirmed. If the product isn't in season and need more days. I'll tell you  in advance. We provide Shipment Review/ Reporting and Management.

4.Q:How long is the Shelf Life?

   A 24 months in -18 degree storage.

5. Q:How you storage the products in factory?
    A: In refrigerated warehouse storaged all products with shelf. Degree centigrade below -18 Celsius. All we do it for make sure don't rotten, broken and blocked.

 6 Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
 A: 1) bulk packing is 1x10kgs/ctn, 

       2) retail packing such as 10x1kg/ctn, 5x2kgs/ctn, 4x2.5kgs/ctn, 25x400g/ctn, all can be base on customers request.

 7. Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

     A:PLS get me back about the quality after your test, if it's our responsbility, we'll take it for sure.
