Product introduction(JK-RX06):

 

 

            This machine is micro-motor stator winding machine, and it used for the brushless motor, shaded pole series motor stator’s coil winding. Whole machine is controlled by PLC, equipped with safety protecting system, make sure of safe operation, and suitable for mass production.

l         this machine is protected by Aluminum, and the machine is very beautiful of appearance. the door is installed a safety switch, and there are light curtain inductive switches at the 2 sides of the window where stator loaded and unloaded. In the operation of the machine, it should guarantee people’s safety;

l         this machine adopts frequency converter for speed adjusting. According to your requirement, you can set the winding, winding displacment and indexing speed;

l         the equipments adopts three axises servo motor as drive power. It can hang coils, indexing, bridge wire, cutting wire automatically etc. The automatic winding process will be achieved;

l         the equipment sets the distance of wire displacement on basis of the stator width(stator coil hanging width), and the stator winding gets the ideal appearance, maximum wire displacement distance 10mm;

l         the equipment adopts cylinder elastic device to clamp varnished wire. In order to obtain some damping forces. When the varnished wire winding, it could get some tensions. The size of its damping force could be got by adjusting nut(adjusting spring pressure);

l         the varnish wire no coating damage, break, and stretch degree 0.001-0.05mm;

l         program optimized, there are automatic, manual and other options, easy for the production and debugging. Machine action optimized, and improves the efficiency effectively;

l         when the machine is out of order, PLC will control the sound-light alarm, and the screen will tell you problems and locations. The machine’s operation is very convenient, easy setting and maintenance, and the interface is friendly;

l         the machine start adopts single start button, and it equips a scram button. Under all emergency can be stopped;

l         winding speed 0-600rpm;

l         tact time about 120s/set,depending on the wire diameter and turns;

l         each equipment equipped with 3 special alloy winding nozzles.

l         enough wearing parts stock for debugging during debugging sate;

l         industrial PLC and controlling system: Delta from Taiwan;

l         sensor elements: OMRON from Japan, SCHNEIDER from Germany;

l         other parts: AIRTAC from Taiwan, TEND from Taiwan, DELIXI from China, SCHNEIDER from Germany;

l         tooling replacing time about 30 min(skilled worker);
