Quality is in the first place. Do we have certificate for our cups?

Yes. Our factory aim at overseas market, we have well learned that the International food standard. We have done the relevent test report recently, to show our safety and high quality paper material. For some clients require other test report, we can do it for you, but the cost by your side.

Is our MOQ too much to you?

We are aware of that there are some small shop don’t need so much quantity at a time, 10,000pcs is enough. But if you know the following details, you will find that for small quantity, it is better to purchase them from your local factory.

1.Before the real production, we have to test the machine, which leads to hundred kilograms paper wastage. This wastage is the same, if we produce 5000pcs or 50,000pcs. It is the part of the cost, so the price for 5000pcs is 10 times more expensive than price for 50,000pcs.

2.Our cup machine finishes hundreds of cups at a time. 50,000pcs can be finished in a day.

Besides, It is expensive to deliver them by sea, air, or express. If you have import experiences before, you must know that for sea shipping and air shipping there are many charge items when you pick up the goods at the port, and most of them counted by each shipment (B/L) rather than the quantity itself. In another words, there is no difference between 1ctn and 10ctn, so the cost would be very high if you order such small quantity. Frankly. If you choose to ship them by express, like DHL, the freight is about $250 for a carton(1000) cups, it is much more expensive than the goods itself. For small quantity, you can get the same, maybe cheaper price in your local factory.

About samples

If you want our stock sample to check the quality, the samples are for free, but the freight by your side.

If you want your logo printed cup sample, it takes about 10days to make them. There is a sample making fee:$120 for each item, the money will be returned to you, after you make the order(will exactly deducted in the final payment).Freight by your side too.

You can choose to cash on delivery, if you have express account.

Can we reduce the production period, if you need the cups urgently?

The fastest production period is 10 days, which including paper material purchase, paper cutting, paper printing fan, dry the printing, put the paper on the cup machine to be a cup. It is in the most smoothly situation. Sometimes It can be 10 days only to purchase the paper material, when the paper is out of stock.

What is different between offset printing and flexo printing?

Offset printing is the most commonly used printing method today. Over 40% of all print jobs are carried out using offset printing. For our paper cups, offset printing usually used for simple design printing to save cost. For 360 degree around the cups, especially in dark color, there will have some ink smell, when the cups finished. At this case, we use flexo printing, which can solve this problem. But compared with offset printing it costs much. That is the reason why MOQ for flexo printing is 100,000pcs per size.
