EPS foam is no-biodegradable, no studying can tell how long it takes for EPS foam to break down, EPS foam densifier can compact the EPS foam into tight block and the compacted EPS foam can be reused, where it is used for different kind of plastic products like picture frames. As a result, the pollution and resource condition will be improved and changed much.

Diesel Driving Type:

◆ Drived by diesel motor, easily put in the truck for off-site processing. Smash the waste EPS and compress the waste EPS into tight block. 

Electricity Driving Type:

◆ Drived by electrical motor, plug and play, easily running in the factory. After compaction, can be sold for recycling and reusing them to make frame products and construction moldings, such as crown molding, wall panel, etc.

Low Cost EPS Waste Compactor Feature:

■ Installed a pre-crusher in the hopper which automatically breaks up larger pieces so you don't have to break them up by hand.
■ Up to 50:1 compaction. 98% reduction in volume.
