Installation instruction would be provided, you only need to put stems to the metal frame accordingly. The installation is very similar to putting a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces in actually fun!

Q3: Are these glass items broken easily during delivery?

We pack them by 1pc/5-layer export carton, lamp frame K/D packing with thick foam inside, the glass are packaged separately with poly bag and foam, every packages is offered with English installation instruction and picture. Around 10% free spare parts would be put together, you can just rest assure that some broken pieces won't affect you to install a perfect chandelier.

We all done business by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union. 50% deposit, the balance before shipping for order over $5,000. Paypal is also available for small order.

We offer stainless steel cup and expansion screw, you can finish installation within 1 minute. The installation instruction and pictures will show you when you order.

Q7: How to clean glass chandelier and sculpture?

Using feather duster will be ok or something like hair drier also is good choice.

Q8: What kind of bulbs be used for chandelier ? Input voltage is? Life is? Can I buy from our country easily?

We use LED bulbs,which is environmental protection & energy conservation.

Input voltage is 110V,220V,240V,can be used in world-wide.

Life of LED: at least 50,000 hours.
These LED is international standard, you can buy in your country easily.
