The B.GLS-IV aluminum-plastic laminated tube making machine is successfully researched and developed by Sunway through absorbing internationally advanced techinologies on the basis of the first generation of tube making machine. The machine is mechanically, electrically and pnuematically integrated. Compared with other products of its kind at home and abroad, it has such features as low investment, high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, stable performance, simple mainrtenance,etc. The machine uses aluminum-plastic laminated webs as the materials and adopts high frequency welding technology for producing various specifications of laminated tubes. The products made are featured by flat and firm welding.
This machine is mainly composed of: automatic web storage, connecting platform, automatic edge trimming device, automatic deviation correcting and guiding system, automatic forming device, high frequncey welding device, vertical and horizontal dragging devices, automatic control and tracking rotary cutting device, man-machine interface control system,etc.
