We are R&D and manufacturer factory. We mainly develop and produce spa hot tub, swimming pool spa and also have sauna room, heat pump, massage bathtub, baby spa, gazebo.
2. Is it suitable for the electricity in my country?
Yes, we produce hot tubs according to the electricity of our customers' countries. And testing it well before delivery.
3. Must the hot tub be installed outside only?
While most hot tubs are installed outdoors, you can install them indoors just as easily.
4. What is the product certification you have?
Our products approved with CE, ROHS, SAA, KC, ETL etc. Also passed ISO9001 quality management system.
5. How often need to change the hot tub water?
Due to chemical buildup, many spas need to be drained and refilled every three to four months. But the timing depends on the water care system you choose and your usage habits.
