SPC-A10 web guide system can connection many differeny type of sensor and actuator,support web control(EPC),follow line control(LPC) chase center control (CPC),stagger contorl(SPC).

 

Use large color screen touch screen as human-machine interface,easy to operate,beautiful,with a setup wizard and the online help system,even if for the first time using this system,can easily complete the basic setup.

1) High-performance vector drive servo motor,fast response speed,there is toque control and speed limit,acceleration and deceleration.

2)  High-speed CPU operation,support web control(EPC),follow line control(LPC),chase center control(CPC),stagger control(SPC),can be used ultrasonic sensor,phote sensor and CCD sensor.

3)  LCD touch control panel,beautiful and practical,easy to operate.

4) Actuator with servo drive ball screw,small noise and maintenance-free.

5) Actuator with encoder and absolute linear position feedback,can adapt to different mechanical stroke without limit switch and thelimit position never change.
6) Can enter three high-speed analog input,can connect two analog sensors and one outside control analog,(For example,trimming position,serpentine speed,etc.).

7) Multiple hardware and software protection,Operation stability,strong anti-interference ability,there are different way for emergency response to failure of the components.
