Property Requirement:
1.Tensile Strength
Tensile strength ≥14MN/m², breaking elongation ≥500%
2.Adhesion:
with a force of 67N shall not separate at rate of more than 25 mm/ min.
3. Aging Resistance
Shall be aged for 168 H at t 70 ℃,change rate <20%
4.Vacuum Retention
The vacuum shall not fall off more than 170 mbar6 in 1 hour and the hose shall not shorten ≤by more than 5%
5.Non-kinking
When do strength and flexibility testing,the hose should be parallel,without permanently distorting or displacing the wire.
