Gokang mining led anti-explosion light, led explosion proof light
Application
It’s applied to ⅡA,ⅡB,ⅡC explosive gas atmosphere of T1~T6 temperature class, and zone 21, zone 22 flammable dust atmosphere. It is used as fixed floodlighting in dangerous environment, such as chemical engineering, oil refining, oil exploitation, offshore oil platform, oil tanker and dust atmosphere.
Main Characteristics
1, The shell adopts high quality aluminum die-casting, surface of high pressure electrostatic spraying, has good corrosion resistance, exposed fastener adopts 304 stainless steel materials, and product can work in corrosive environment for a long time.
2, Equipped with high-intensity tempered glass, the product has good impact resistance.
3, Connecting line cavity, power cavity and light cavity adopt three cavity separating structure, which reduces the temperature of power cavity and light cavity efficiently to ensure long service life of lighting.
4, Cable entry device and the lamp body adopt special structure design, the installation and maintenance is easy, fast and safe.
5, All the sealing elements use silicone rubber material, which is heat resistant, anti-aging, and has good waterproof and dust proof performance.
