Product description

1.steel shot production line is mainly composed of feeding roller, shot blasting derusting system, dust removal system, transition check table, steel plate cutting roller and electric control system, etc.Its function is to steel (steel, steel plate) clear surface derusting, the steel clean bright surface with certain roughness.

2.By steel roller conveyor system, to the closed chamber the shotblast cleaning, the high-speed rotating impeller with a blasting device accelerates a projectile hit to the surface of workpiece, to shock, scraping the surface to remove surface rust and dirt, and then by making use of the rolling brush and high-pressure blower product pill on the surface of the workpiece and dust swept clean, after cleaning of steel through the output roller sent out quickly, into the next procedure.After derusting precoating shop primer, ensure no secondary pollution in the manufacturing process of steel in the workshop of rust, keep steel finally surfacc preparation for a clean surface of no corrosion, no pollution.
