Fiberglass/FRP/GRP doors are constructed using normal 2mm or 2.5mm high strength thick Fiberglass SMC woodgrain skins permanently bonded to a perimeter sub-frame of synthetic material and filled with an insulating polyurethane core. The rigid polyurethane foam core is CFC and HCFC free, has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a global warming potential (GWP) of less than five. The synthetic material of the sub-frame can be worked in a similar way to timber. Fiberglass/FRP/ GRP doors can be trimmed in width and cut down in height, allowing doors to be sized to fit existing openings for refurbishment projects. The slab construction provides a fully sealed product impervious to moisture.

Hand-Painted Natural Color

Every door is produced with a complex process involving hand-painting and hand-polishing. Colors appear natural as do the textures of the wood textured doors. Negative pressure spray techniques create smooth surfaces free of imperfections. Our doors are allowed to dry naturally rather than being dried at high temperatures.

Our products are produced with the environment in mind. The Testing Service verified. Our doors are free form chlorofluorocarbons and other ozone-depleting substances, and our painting does not contain the Lead (heavy metal).
