XT-F03 FlOCK PAINTING SPRAY GUN
Working principle:
An electrostatic flocking system having a supply hopper for controllablly entraining flock fibers within a propelling air stream,and for feeding the entrained fibers to an electrostatic flocking gun.The fibers and propelling air pass through the gun and into a nozzle at the front of the gun having an elongated forwardly open chamber.An elongated electrode is carried within the nozzle chamber and is couplued to a suitable electric powder source for electrostatically charing the fibers and for directing them forwardly over the entire length of the chamber toward the surface of an article being coated.
Operation steps:
(1)put adhensive to the workpiece
(2)Open the flocking machine
(3)the flocking machine will spray the flock into the workpiece with the force of air stream
(4)The flock fiber is sprayed on the workpiece through the spraying gun
