JQ-20 foam concrete mixer machine: 

contains foam generator, concrete mixer and concrete pump,is designed 

by our professional technical team,which can meet the production needs of various 

density levels and categories foam concrete.It can be used to make concrete brick, insulation board, roof insulation, floor heating.

 

 

 

 

Foam concrete,also called foam cement,is a new kind of energy efficiency heat 

insulating material.It is made by putting air into the mixed concrete material by physical 

foaming and then come into being concrete product with vast scale of closed air.

 

Ray material: cement, fly ash, slag, limestone, sand, blast furnace slag, tail mineral 

sand, construction waste and other industrial wastes which can be connected with 

concrete.

 

 

 

 

Working process:

Foam concrete machine put cement, sand or other material and water with a certain 

proportion into a slurry mixer machine, after well mixed pressing them into the 

transmission pipelines.

According to a certain proportion with foaming agent and water, then mixed with

compressed air by the high

pressure pump; In the pipeline, the foaming agent comes into being high density  and meticulous foam, at last the foam concrete is producted in the pipeline.
