Rotary belt condensation granulator is using low melting point characteristic of the material (50 ℃ to 300 ℃)
Molten material through the special distributing device . Then distributing it on moving steel belt . Use the cooling device which at the bottom of steel belt . Then make the material condensation , solidification . granulation.
Feature:
1. Granulator size can be choose between 4mm -12mm . Shapes can make granule, strip and flake.
2.Equipment adopts frequency control, can choose a suitable speed according to the nature of the material.
3.Product uniform particles, and beautiful, forming rate above 95%.
4.Widely used van, melting point of material between 50 ℃ to 300 ℃, all can granulation forming, toxic materials can be closed.

Sulfur, paraffin wax, petroleum resin, alcali sulphide, C5, C9 resin, resin C5C9 polymer resin; Asphalt, maleic anhydride, stearic acid, hot melt adhesive, rubber and plastic additives, antioxidant, antiager, all kinds of additives, etc
