The B.GLS-III aluminum-plastic tube making machine is independently designed, researched and developed by our company through absorbing internationallly advanced technologies on the basis of the second generation tube machine. The machine adopts fuzzy control technology with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic intergration. Compared with other products of its kinf at home and abroad, it has such features as high efficiency, low energy comsumption, easy operation, automatic alarming in case of mulfunctions, no machine stopping duting sheet replacement, accurate positioning  of the rotary cutter, stable performance, simplee maintenance, etc.

The machine uses aluminum-plastic laminated sheets and full-plastic laminated sheets as the materials and adopts high frequency welding technology for producing various specifications of laminated tubes. The products produced are featured by flat and firm weld seams, precise and beautiful cutting, etc.

The machine can be combined with our B.ZJ-III model automatic shoulder injection machine to form an automatic tube production line. By adopting the device of sheet replacement without machine stopping, it is featured by the highest sheet utilization rate, the lowest labor intensity, safe use,etc.

The machien unit is mainly composed of : automatic unwinder, connection platfomr, container, automatic edge cutting device, automatic forming device, high frequency welding device, full-plastic composite material welding device, vertical ans horizontal dragging devices, automatic tube sending device, automatic control and tracking rotary cutting device, man-machine interface control system.
