1. Bszms series Dry-Waste Plastics Recycling Machine is used for recycling of the used and waste plastic materials.

4. The cutting machine adopts speed regulating motor. which can cut the material according to the feeding speed of the extruder, with such features as high output, low noise, stable performance and easy operation. It is a more ideal waste plastic film regenerative pelletizer.

7. The helical gear reducer with hard teeth is applied to the extruder and the screw

8. Cylinder and screw are made of 38CrMoA1A with nitrogen treatment.

9. Which is durable consists of main extruder and sub-extruder, water tank, drying fan and cutting part with alloy rotary cutter.

10. Besides it is optional to be collocated with drying fan according to the customer’s need.

This machine is used to recycle waste PET/ LDPE/HDPE/LLDPE/PP/ABS/PC/PS/NYLON PLASTIC FILM film and bags and other soft plastic sheets or filmsThe first screw is to heat waste film to melt status , the second screw is to produce the finished granulating.
