Physical and Chemical Properties
IBA/seradix is White to light yellow crystal. It is hard to dissolve in water and the solubility in Benzene is greater than 1000g/L; can dissolve in ethanol、ethyl ether and acetone etc. Stable in neutral and alkaline solution.

Function Characteristics
IBA/seradix is an Auxin Class plant growth regulator (PGR).
1. It is used to promote and accelerate root formation of plant clippings and to reduce transplant shock of nonfood ornamental nursery stock.

2. IBA/seradix is also used on fruit and vegetable 

crops, field crops and ornamental turf to promote growth development of flowers or fruits and to increase crop yield.
It is one of the most effective and widely used rooting hormones in the world.

Application
1. Single use: To promote fruit-set and parthenocarpy,the flower soaking or fruit soaking dosage is about 250mg/L. To promote rooting, seed soaking dosage is 5-200mg/L(the dosage is different with different plants or stages), irrigating root dosage is 10-80mg/L, foliage spray dosage is 10-20mg/L.
