Product Introduction

 

60R model machine can turn over,  when do X bevel type , no need flip steel plate, it save many labor and time. this model specially for heavy duty metal sheets for fabrication preperation. It is available for plate thickness 6-60mm for vary type of welding joint such as V/Y,U/J, 0/90 degree. Max bevel width could reach 55mm.

 

Feature

 

1. The beveling angle of machine can adjust from 10° to (+-60)°

2. Do X bevel type , no need flip steel plate

3. Rear-mounted speed reducer is good for processing narrow plate, and it is safer

4. Special seperate design of Control Box and electrical carbinet make the operation safer

5. Adopt multiply-cutting blades head to process plate beveled edge, therefore the milling speed of each blade is faster and  esiser

6. The surface roughness of plate beveling face can reach to Ra3.2~6.3, it can complete meet the welding demand of pressure vessel

7. Small in Size, light in weight

8.Cold milling method does not affect the material property, no oxidation in beveled surface
