Description

Intruductions:

1). Kneading machine is an ideal equipment, design for shearing, crushing,compressing, dispersing ,mixing or kneading the high viscosity materials, and has good performance in uniform mixing, no dead ends and high efficiency kneading. It is widely used in many industries: high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, CMC, adhesive, also used in batteries canbon powder, ink, pigments, dyes, pharmaceuticals, resins, plastics masterbatch, rubber, cosmetics and BMC/DMC/SMC molding compound material ect.

 2). Kneading mechanism is classified into three types: vacuum, pressure and standard atmosphere.Heating/cooling system consists of heating/cooling jacket and outer coil, works by steam, thermal oil and hot water, water cooling, with hydraulic cylinder turn and cover.

3). Discharging can be hydraulic cylinders dumping, discharge valve or screw extrusion. A variety of equipments can be installed on for safety, measurement, control records, etc. Mixing cylinder and the material contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure the purity of product. Shaft seal is vacuous structure.

1) Available models normal pressure, high pressure and vacuum, with touch part melted by stainless steel.

2) Temperature adjustment: heated by oil, steam or electricity, cooled by water.

3) The blades with fish-nail shape, whcich can cut the CMC chemicals products stirred and mixed fully.

4) Discharge method: tilt dump, bottom dump and screw discharge.

5) The seal of shaft agitator is adopted with unique balance construction of vacuum box.

6) The cover is controlled by hydraulic system.
