BT-3193 is a water-borne silicone oil which is 100% Water-soluble and transparent.The product is simple to use and can be used in many water-based formulations of personal care products, showing remarkable results. Moisturizing, increasing foam volume and stabilizing foam, and helping to emulsify function, can also adjust viscosity, so that products were easy to spreaded, forming a layer of wet, light protective film, providing soft and comfortable touch. Meanwhile,it is also the preferred water-based wetting, dispersing and smoothing agent in many industries.
