Thermal Insulation Coating a kind of milky white functional paint to lower the temperature and insulate heat for roof, oil tanks, etc. It is composed of Vacuum ceramic particles, imported acrylic emulsion, nano material and functional additives.  1. Substrate treatment: 

>Make sure the surface humidity is lower than 10%

>Make sure the substrate surface to be firm, dry, clean, smooth and no loose finishes

2. Methods

>Avoid working in the humid ( >85%) or cold weather(lower than 5 degree) environment, or it will have bad effect on the film.

3. Maintenance

>7 days/25 degree, if the temperature is lower 5 degree,we should extend the time to make sure about the good film effect

4. Dilution

> less than 10% water for dilution and then mixture fully before using

5. Washing

> all appliance need to be cleaned after finshing coating
