The fully automatic pulp molding machine developed by ZH is composed of pulping system, forming system, drying system, stacking system with some auxiliary equipments.
Taking old newsprint, magazine or used cartons, any kind of paper products as the raw material, with the process of pulping, screening, consistency regulating, forming and drying. The same machine can be used to prodce molded pulp egg cartons as well with a higher capacity.
By changing to different molds, the egg tray production line can also produce various kinds of moulded pulp products with large quantity demand and simple structure such as fruit tray(apple tray, avocado tray, pear,etc), Coffee cup tray( 2-cup holder, 4-cup and 5-cup holder) and wine bottle tray. It can also produce some types of inner packages for electric products and disposable medical-care products.
Fully Atutomatic Rotary Forming Machine
The fully automatic rotary forming machine line is for medium and large capacity production, such as 2000pcs/hr, 3000pcs/hr, 3600pcs/hr, 4000pcs/hr, 5000pcs/hr, 6000pcs/hr, etc for choice.
There are some kinds of specification of 2 face platens, 4 face platens, 6 face platens, 8 face platens and other specifications for the rotary machine; and single layer drying line and multi-layer drying line for choose. The drying line can use diesel oil, LPG, natural gas, coal, charcoal and steam heating, etc.
