Application and Features:

Type HS pumps are cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pumps.They are designed for handing abrasive,high density slurries in the metallurgical,mining,coal,power,building material and other industrial departments etc.The pumps of this type also may be installed in multistage series.

The frame plates for type HS pumps such as interchangeable,hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners.The impellers are made of hard metal or pressure moulded elastormer liners.The frame plate liner and impeller for HHS pump are adoptable of hard metal only.

The shaft seals for type HS and HHS pumps may be adoptable of gland seal or centrifugal shaft seal.The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.

Warranty:

For the complete pump: 1 year warranty

For the wet parts: 3 months warranty

1.For the pump, we give warranty for 1 year ,to make sure the pump can work well within warranty ,

   according to the test and the feedback from clients, the pump life can be 3-5 years.

2.For the wet parts that touch the liquid directly, we give 3 months warranty, it means we are sure

   the parts will not have the quality problem.

3.If any problem within our warranty period, we will send a new one to clients free in charge.

Transportation and packing

     Because pontoons of dredger are designed transported in bulk vessel from the sea, and also in transportation process, pontoons are anti-corrosion paint, then it doesn't matter which place they will be put, in the deck or at the bottom of the vessel, lug and safe point hoist have been designed on the deck of the pontoon, it is convenient for loading and unloading

     After the testing, the dredger is dismantle and repainted again, then packing for transportation. The transportation is divided into 2 parts, one is from the factory to the Tianjin port, and the other is from Tianjin port to the destination port. From the factory to the Tianjin port, trucks are using for transportation. Detailed transportation list and drivers information will be recorded before leaving the factory.
