Service
Here we Introduce your water feature design to one of our trained Aquaextreme account managers. They will evaluate your design and provide you with their expert recommendations to ensure that you achieve the intended visual affect and proper functionality for your water feature. Your account manager will also be able to offer suggestions for available materials and finishes that have been tested and approved by Aquaextreme. Once the design is finalized, your account manager will provide you with a written proposal for your review and approval.

Designs Process
Once Aquaextreme is commissioned to manufacture your water feature, our team of design engineers will begin work on your specification drawings. These drawings produced in AutoCAD will specify in detail, all the dimensions, finishes and components that are related to your water feature. Your account manager will provide you with these drawings for your approval.

Production
Once you have approved your specification drawings, our production
team will take your water feature through all the phases of the Bluworld
production process. Depending on your design, this process will
include: additional engineering, component acquisition, metal fabrication,
glass preparation and etching, surface finishing, and assembly; all
of which is done in-house at Aquaextreme’s manufacturing facility.

Installation
Our project coordinators will arrange to have a Aquaextreme installation team on site for the shipment’s arrival. The installation team will assess the site conditions, notify you of any additional preparation needed, unpack the water feature and begin assembling it on site. The installation team will completely assemble the feature, perform a system startup, and tune the water feature for optimal performance. Upon completion of installation, our team will give you a complete system overview, demonstrate maintenance procedures, and provide you with a custom operation and maintenance manual for your water feature
