Water cooling system

Add water cooling channel and better water cooling system, so the power performance is better. The location of inlet of cooling water is at the bottom of Anti-swirl plate, which can prevent the impurity from going

Gear shift system is assembled on the bottom, and it is convenient for maintenance..

Idle labyrinth exhaust chamber

When the engine is idling exhaust gas is expanded through a labyrinth, greatly reducing noise..

Shallow water drive

The outboard can be lifted and set at an angle preventing it from hitting the bottom when operating in shallow water.

Packaging Details

The normal package is carton and foam (Size: L*W*H) for full container order. If export by the LCL, we will use man-made plywood boxes or pallets to protect the outboards.  If container is too tight, we will use PE film for packing or pack according to customers' special requests.

>>What models of outboards do you have?
At present, we have gasoline outboards, kerosene outboards and electric outboards.
On gasoline outboards, we have both two-stroke and four-stroke outboards in mass production.
Four-stroke: 2.6, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9.8, 9.9, 15, 20, 25, 40HP.
Two-stroke: 2, 2.5, 3.6, 4, 5, 5.8, 6, 8, 9.8, 9.9, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 60, 75, 85 and 90HP.
On electric outboards, we have 5, 7 and 9.9HP.
On kerosene outboards, we have two-stroke 9.9, 15 and 40HP.

>>Do you have forward control outboards with electric start for the market?
Yes, we have forward controls with electric start from 8HP and above.
>>Do you have CE and EPA approvals?
Yes, we have both of them.
>>Are you a factory or trading company?
We are the manufacturer and exporter. Providing parts and technical support are a vital part of our business.
>>How long have you been in this business?
We started to develop outboard engines from 2002 and commenced the mass production in the beginning of 2006.
>>What's warranty period?
We provide warranty for both commercial use and pleasure use. Terms vary on different markets.
>>Can you supply spare parts?
Yes, as we are the original manufacturer.
>>Have you tested each piece of outboard before delivery?
Each new model of outboard motor has passed over 500 hours of rigorous endurance testing, before commencement of mass production. Each outboard has been tested for at least 1 hour before they go off production line.
>>What is your lead time?
2 weeks in low season, and 1~2 months during peak season.
>>What's your supply capability for outboard engines?
8000pcs per month.
