1. Q: What is our factory product range?

A: 1) We are specialize in chain block, lever block, electric hoist, webbing sling, cargo lashing, hydraulic jack, forklift, mini crane, etc.
    2) Hoist Accessories: Load chain, wire rope, rigging, hook ,pulley and shackles.

2. Q: How about sample policy?

A: Welcome sample order. Please inform your detailed sample requirement, such as the quantity, the capacity, the chain, the lift and so on. If we have the sample in stock,  the ship will be quicker. If we don’t have stock, please understand to wait for the produce. Express fee is charged by the shipping company. The sample fee and express fee usually paid by client, for special policy need to apply by client and approved by our leaders.

3. Q: How to order?

A: Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax, or you can ask us to send you Performa Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
    1) Product information: Quantity, Specification (capacity, lifting height, voltage, size, material, color and packing requirement), 
    2)  Delivery time required. 
    3) Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport.
    4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.

4. Q: What are the trade terms we can be accepted?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

5. Q: What are the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?

A: We accept the payment sent by West Union, T/T .
