Q1:Does Wallong WPC work like wood?
A:Yes! You can cut, nail, drill, screw and rout with standard woodworking tools. The density of Wallong WPC is greater than wood.
Q2:How many years is the WPC warranty that Wallong offers?
A:Wallong Technology offers a 20 years warranty.
Q3:Comparing with wood, what is the advantages of WPC products?
A:WPC products are environmental friendly and 100% recyclable. WPC products are anti-UV, waterproof, moisture-proof, mothproof and anti-mildew, fire resistance. WPC products has no maintenace cost, they are no need for painting and other special maintenance.
Q4:What is the minimum order quantity?
A:Minimum order quantity is a 1200 meters or 200 sq. Meters.
Q5:What is the production lead time?
A:The production lead time is 7-10 days for a 20ft container. Production lead time is largely based on order quantity.
Q6:Why does WPC no need for painting?
A:We provides 9 colors for customer selection. You can choose any of our color you like from our color cards. Or we can customize your own color.
Q7:Does WPC fade?
A:All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weather. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor application. During the first 3 months, the color may fade a little with a approximated percentage of 5% to 10%, this will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will stay in a stable level through the lifetime of the product.
Q8:How to store WPC products?
A:WPC products are much heavier than wood with the same volume. It should be placed on the flat floor for long time storage to prevent warping. We usual suggest customer to use galvanized steel pallet for WPC packing.
Q9:Are Wallong WPC products easy to install?
A:Definitely yes. Our customers can find all fitting and hardware in Wallong. We provides installation instruction and installation video to ensure the success installation. We are pretty sure that our products can meet your DIY request.
Q10:Can Wallong use hidden fastener?
A:Absolutely yes. Wallong decking has grooved boards that accept the "Hidden Fastener System".
