Our tray washer could handle most of the vast variety of sizes, shapes of plastic crate /boxes/trays/basket/plastic pallet/ plastic cage/barrel etc.

Our tray washer is with capacities from 50-1200 crates/ hour depending on the degree of soilage. 

The crate washer machine consist of 3 separate washing systems:

1.  Hot alkaline water cleaning or hot water cleaning(0-90°C adjustable)


2.  Hot water cleaning or cold water cleaning (0-90°C adjustable)


3. Cold water rinsing part

Each part is configured with separate water tank, water pump and double filter trays to prevent any blockage. The water could be re-circulated using with low water consumption.

 The entire machine (incl. pipes, nozzles) is built up in AISI 304
