Baking Oven (Electrical or Gas).
Equipped with touch screen and programmed by Siemens,PLC control,it is easy to operate which with automatic temperature control,lighting,making mixer,blowing,sheet splicing to finish the baking process.
Door-type Cooling Machine
This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling and to relieve heating stress applied on the wafer sheet. also used to connect the tunnel oven to the cream spreading machine. the cooling time is about 3-5min.
Wafer batter Mixer
This machine used for mix the flour,ingredients,oil and other material.
One or Two Color Cream Spreading Machine:
This machine is used for spreading cream,chocolate and peanut on the wafer sheet,laminating into two colors and two tastes sandwich wafer biscuit.
Cutting Machine
Cutting with blade or steel wire, the size can adjustable through horizontal and vertical automatic.
