Sensor is for detecting vehicle presence and counting, access point is for collecting the data from sensors and transmit to traffic controller, cam era or platform by RS232,Ethernet, GPIO,GPRS or 3G,etc.ROSIM' WVD130 Wireless Vehicle Detection System provides an accurate, dependable,and highly cost-effective detection network for all vehicle detection applications.

WVD-130 wireless vehicle detection sensor is designed for pursuit of high efficiency and low cost ITS traffic application systems. Based on technology of magnetic detection and uPower® wireless sensor network, WVD -130 sensors can be easily installed on road in a few minutes without any wiring to acquire dynamic traffic flow information with no maintenance for many years.

Installation
Installation
In the application of traffic signal controlling, traffic flow monitoring, traffic guiding, speed enforcement and red light enforcement, the installing place of the wireless vehicle detector (WVD) is the same as loops.
The installation for WVD includes 3 steps:
1. Drill a hole of 12cm diameters/10cm height
2.Fill it with cement to 1/2
3.Embedded the WVD and finish the installation
Access Point
WAP-348x wireless access point acts as a gateway between user applications and wireless vehicle detection network formed among the WVD sensors installed on the road. WAP-348x manages the network and collects data from all the sensors, and on the other hand, provides data interface to user traffic systems.

1. Real-time Traffic Counting with LED Display Guidance
This system can be used for urban highway transportation and also used for parking lot entrance and exit to count the vehicle quantity passing over it.
2.Adaptive traffic signal controlling in the Intersection
Wireless vehicle sensor detect and transmit real-time data from all directions, Wireless Access Point is put in the traffic light controller box and get the data via antenna. All data is relayed to controller by Rs232/Ethernet/GPIO trigger output, so that the controller systems get and analyse the traffic flow data, and calculate the best traffic scheme, controlling traffic lights release time to improve transportation effiency and save drivers' time.

2. Traffic flow detection system
Vehicle Detection Sensor is installed in specified road, detect every vehicle passing by, and transmit the real-time information to traffic management systems via wireless access points. The user systems can calculate the traffic flows by analysing the data.
3. Corridor management
There two vehicle detector at the entrance for detecting a coming and leaving vehicle and transmitting the information.When vehicle passed the detector will trigger the camera take a picture.
