Application
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) applications is specifically designed to combat the problems of system performance and signal disruption. When generic cables degrade over time, VFD cable keeps VFD systems running with required precision.With new levels of flexibility, it makes routing and installation fast and easy.
The cables can withstand almost any industrial environment. Foil/braid shielding prevents signal interference, while the premium TPE jacket withstands corroding solvents and other industrial hazards. It can also be used for long runs.
The cables also handle extremely high voltage from standing waves without the corona discharges that can degrade cables and damage VFD components. The increased liability means less maintenance, labor and material costs,and expensive downtime.

1. Conductors(3 Cores): Flexible bare or tinned copper wire
Ground conductor (1 Core): Flexible bare or tinned copper wire
2. Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE).
Optional: TPE
THHN (PVC/Nylon)
3. Overall Shielding: Aluminum/polyester/aluminum foil and tinned copper braid (85% coverage).
1 layer tinned copper wire braiding over shield as optional.

5. Jacket Thermoplastic elastomer, black PVC, PUR, Jacket as optional.
