Low Noise Automatic Honeycomb Cardboard Paper Machine
This Cardboard Paper Machine is designed by Shanghai Eltete based on its more than 10 years' experience in Packaging Material Production and Equipment Utility. Technical Details
ADVANTAGES OF OUR Cardboard Paper Machine:
1. Our Paper Honeycomb Board Laminator Machine adopts Hydraulic Shaftless Paper Holder, which is easy to put the paper rolls on reduce working intensity. Usually, our machine matches with 2 paper holder, which can hold 4 paper rolls.
2. The glue amount controlled by touch screen data set and can be auto stopped according to the layers. You can choose paper core gluing or surface paper gluing as you like.
3. Equipped with synchronous detection device between paper core and surface paper, which can ensure the consistency of paper core stretching amount and sychronicity of surface paper laminating.
4. For the glue unit, the combination of mechnical and pneumatic lifting can atomatically adjust the amount of glue and gluing evenly.
5. For the cross cut unit, our honeycomb board making machine adopts Servo Motor Drive, Sychronous Cutting with high precision.
6. Adopt man-machine interface, easy operation and more humanized.
7. High Speed and Low wastage percentage: 0-2%, which can save much cost for our clients.
