Double Layer Picking Conveyor is used for picking and conveying material,manually picking out the bad material,the qualifyed products are automaticly conveyored to next step or collection container.

After starting the machine,feeding the material onto the conveyor belt(or the material is conveyed from front step),manually picking out the bad material and throw it to hopper of the .flank ,the bad material fall to the under conveyor belt and automaticly conveyed to the collection container.The qualified products are conveyed to next step from upper conveyor belt.

2.  Unqualified products fall to under conveyor belt and automaticly collected.

3.  Qualified products are conveyed to next step from upper conveyor belt.

4.  Conveyor belt is made of food grade PVC

5.  Machine body is made of food grade SUS304
