 Q1: Can you provide me all your catalogue or price list?

A1: Sorry we have so many products including mangetic exercise bike, spinning bike, weight bench, sit-up bench, stepper, Wall-Mounted Chin Up Bar,Simple Push-ups Stand,Two Wheels Push-ups Device,Indoor Multi-functional Trainer, inversion table ,Leg mini exercise bike and other fitness equipment.

Q2: How long about the delivery date?

A2: Normally 30-40 days after we receive the deposit (T/T), but it could be affected by the order quantity and the season you place the order.

Q3: Can you supply a sample?

A3: Yes, but we will charge more for the samples, and you have to pay the delivery cost. It takes about 7-12 days to make the samples.

Q4: What is the MOQ?

A4: We accept 2 different models in 1x20ft container,different fitness products will be different MOQ..

Q5: Do you have some certification?

A5: Some products do have some certification, such as CE, but some don’t. Pls offer the model number so that we can check about this.

Q6: How about the payment?

A6: We accept T/T(30% deposit, 70% balance) .

Q7: How about your after-service?

A7: we will send you the component for free to replace the damaged one if it is caused by the quality problem.
