Products Description
QGI desktop CNC cutting machine is a high-efficiency, high-precision and high-reliability cutting device integrating computer control, precision mechanical transmission and thermal cutting. The good man-machine interface makes the operation more convenient and simple, and can cut quickly and accurately. A variety of complex shapes of plates, especially suitable for medium and thin non-ferrous metal sheets, stainless steel and carbon steel sheet automatic cutting, it adopts integrated modular design, quick installation and easy to move.

Main components:
1. The bench frame and the square tube welded frame structure are integrally annealed after welding to completely eliminate the internal stress so that it does not deform during long-term use.
2. The mechanical transmission system adopts the precision rolling bearing and the precision meshing of the precision helical gear with the processing precision of the national standard 7 grade, which makes the equipment operation more precise, effective and stable.
3. Guide rail: The vertical and horizontal rails adopt linear slide rails to make the two rails travel accurately and smoothly.
4. All equipment parts and components are treated with blackening, electroplating and other surface treatments.
5. The whole machine is sprayed with sandblasting primer, the topcoat is made of orange paint, and the color is blue.

Servo drive system
We use Panasonic's servo drive system with character position detection, high precision and short acceleration time. The drive system adopts Japanese original planetary reducer, and its input and output error is only 16 arc minutes. At the same time, in the horizontal and vertical gear transmission structure, the device for automatically compensating the gap is added, so that the transmission structure can accurately execute the command issued by the numerical control system. .
Gas system
Fuel technology is combined with computer technology and mechanical technology to realize the automatic cutting process of ignition, preheating, cutting and extinguishing. The gas path adopts central gas gathering unit, pressure adjusting unit, solenoid valve, one-way valve, flow adjusting valve, temper preventer and other components, such as high and low pressure conversion, pressure flow, stepless adjustable, temper prevention and other functions, to ensure the safety and efficiency of cutting.

CIF price includes shipping cost of cnc machine which needs to quote according to the different destination port and various in different months. Please contact us when you have such need.

4.What’s your methods of transportation?
For most countries, we will transport our machine by sea, as for inland countries, we may use railway or highway transportation. Exported cnc machine is all be packed by wooden case which can be fixed into a 40 HQ.
5.If the machine is out-of-warranty, how to charge the cost of accessories?
