RY-FP100/130 PSP Frothing Sheet Extrusion Machine unit is the equipment that applies the most popular double stage series of frothing sheet production. This equipment applies common-type polystyrene as material and immits high-pressure foaming agent. After extruding by the die, frothing, cooling, forming, and driving, it can rewind as PSP finished sheet products. This sheet material can be produced to different kinds of packaging containers after vacuum plastified forming; One-off Snack Box, Aquatic Tray, Supermarket Tray, Cake Tray, KT plate, Instant-Noodle Bowl, etc, which can be widely used in the packaging of food, fruit, advertisement brochures and industrial products.
