How to use teeth whitening gel?

 

1.Simply apply 1/4 syringe of whitening gel into each side of mouth tray

 

2. Place the mouth tray over your teeth ,wipe off all gel

4. when the light turn off ,remove the mouth tray

 

5. clean your mouth with warm water
