Auto Jumbo Roll Cutting Machine for cutting BOPP, OPP, Cellophane tape, 3M, Mylar, Kapton, EVA,PE, PVC, Masking tape, Double-side adhesive tape, Kraft tape , Protective film, Duct tape , film roll etc. Auto Jumbo Roll Cutting Machine including the Semi-automatic roll cutting machine , single shaft roll cutting machine , double shaft roll cutting machine, YL-708 Fully Automatic 4 Shaft Tape Roll Cutting Machine.
Feature:
For fully automatic roll cutting machine :
1. Machine with PLC control and color touch screen , easy and convenient to operate to worker,also improves the quality of the finished cut roll;
2. Can accoring to customer's requirments to set 10 differents cutting width and the angle of cutting.( if cutsomer needed maximum can reach 20 types);
3. with automatic spary silicone oil cooling system, thus the finished products with smooth and beautiful cutting surface;
4. Cutter with servo-motor control, apply for different material roll, also machine cutter move forward stablly and smoothly.
5. Cutter and the main shaft adpots AC motor. The high precision ball screw work with servo motor and he straight liner slide rail, machine running smoothly and cutting the material with high precision.
For Semi Automatic roll cutting machine :
1. With round blade, pneumatic cutter forward and return, the finished roll with smooth cutting surface.
2. Machine with digital system, the cutting width will display on it, improve the accuracy of cutting.
3. Customer can easy adjust the cutting width and cutting angle.
