Q1: Can you provide OEM/ODM?
A1: YES.
Q2: What kind of molds do you make? Plastic injection mold, Compression mold or something else?
A2: We are mainly making plastic mold injection and rubber compression mold.
Sometimes we also make die casting molds according to our customer’s requirements.
Q3: Can you design the shoe style for me?
A3: Yes, you provide the shoe sample to us, we can make some adjusts as your requirement.
Q4: What types of drawing files do you accept ?
A4: With our CAD systems we can accept following files:
STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc.
Q5: Can you customize the exclusive mould for me?
A5: Yes, we can, each mould is exclusive to each customer. We will never sell the mould to others without the permission of our customers, and we will just take the mould as sample case.
Q6: How long is the lead-time for a plastic injection mold?
A6: It all depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25—45days. If the Plastic Mould are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 15 days.
