Machine Features: 
1. Modular design and manual list interface provide different selections and broad applications to users
2. Adoption of IndraMotion MTX micro system from REXROTH to provide selection from 4 to 6 axies options. EGB (electric
gearbox) allow synchronization of 4 axies
3. Generating cutting concept is applied to cut spur/helical gear, multi-mounted gear, small taper gears, crown gears.
gear spline, worms and sprockets in small and large batch.
4. Form cutting concept is also provided to cut symmetric gears
5. Two kinds of table size are provided for selection, gear type is suitable for small specs and high speed applications,
worm sets type is most favorable for large size & heavy duty cutting applications
6. Built-in temperature sensor combined with special software allow constant machining accuracy.
7. Infinite element design is used in order to achieve better structure characteristics, main machine body adopt HT300
high performance heat treated gray iron casting to obtain highest level of rigidity and reliability. Upgraded headstock
structure is ideal for high speed cuttings
8. Special interface with manual input for easy operation, combinations of parameters are preset for selection, signal
status could be easily checked on operation panel for convenient maintenance.
9. Function of Online remote diagnosis is provided
10. Environment-friendly dry cutting concept is adopted in combination of chamfering and debarring function
