It varies with quantity greatly, also subject to logo embrodery/print /embellishment cost, so it is appreciated if logo artwork to sbe supplied before exact pricing.

Reg. Time?

Sampling: 4~6 days usually for basic style and stock fabric. For special color, fabric or complicated style, 

Mass production at different quantity: 15~30 days upon sample approval and deposit receipt if stock fabric used.  35-45 days for special dye fabric.

If there is any rush/urgent shipment, we would appreciate that customer advises us as early as possible before formal order.  We will try all our best to push an earlier production time for you.

Does your factory only produce caps?  What other products do you make?

Besides different kinds of headwear, we also make accessories such as aprons, gloves, scarves, tote bags, blankets and T-shirts.  If you are interested in any of them, kindly please send us your sample for quotation and sampling.

If I have a rush samples, how can you help to speed up the process?

We will rush the samples upon your prompt confirmation of styles/colors/logo artwork/embellishment, and send you digital images before actual sample sent.  When you are satisfied, we would appreciate if you could provide us your courier account such as FedEx, DHL and UPS for prompt shipment.

What kind of files format you support if I send digitize tape for embroidery?

 We would be able to open nearly all valid embroidery files like *.emb or *.dst.
