1. The Metallic Honeycomb Substrate is manufactured of the high temperature resistance steel.
The shell materials: Ferritic stainless steel SUS444, SUS441, SUS430 and austenitic stainless steel SUS304, SUS316.
The core materials: Domestic FeCrAl (2073/216) and import FeCrAl (1.4725/1.4767).
The braze welding: Nickel-based solder.

3. The thickness of FeCrAl foil is from 0.03 mm to 0.1mm, the honeycomb density is from 100 CPSI to 900 CPSI.
4. The type of the metal honeycomb substrates can be Spirality series, “S” series and “SM” series.
The from can be round, oval, racetrack, rectangle and other especial shape according to the design of client.
