A1: Becasue the cbm of the machine is too big, the shipping freight vary a lot place to place, so we have to deal off-line.

Q2: What's the payment terms do you support?

A2: (1)For new customers, We use Ali Trade Assurance, which is a third part, first you pay to Ali Trade Assurance, then we produce the goods, then we delivery the goods, only when the ownership of the goods belong to buyer, Ali Trade Assurance will transfer the money to us. (2)Rgular customers, T/T, 30% deposit when you buy standard goods, 50% deposit when you buy customized goods, when the goods are ready, pay the balance.

Q3: How can I do or what will you do if the machines I get have problems or didnt work.

A3: First, I will teach you how you can fix the problems, if some parts and components do not wokr, we will send parts and components to you. (in one-year warranty)
